As most of the people around me know, I'm not the sleeveless kind of girl. To see me wearing sleeveless at anytime of the day, it is a rare sight. But I would very much love to wear sleeveless, not that I don't like sleeveless. Who wouldn't like to wear sleeveless on such a hot weather in Singapore?
But girls will always be girls. I don't have much confidence in my body, especially with such flabby arms, its a better decision to let them all hide behind sleeves. Nobody would want to see my arms jiggling all day right. While some of my friends tell me that I should start wearing sleeveless, its still quite hard to step out of my comfort zone.
Thus, shopping for clothes has become quite a hassle for me. Everytime I chance upon a beautiful piece of dress/top, it would either be sleeveless, or the sleeves are too short. Worse still when shopping online, who knows whether my arms could fit in to that tiny sleeve hole. Most of the models are sooooo skinny.
When shopping online, my cursor would automatically go for the - jumpers and cardigans for women - section. No point browsing through the dresses sections and feel sad because I don't have enough confidence to wear them!
Browsing back into my instagram feed, all my #ootd shots are indeed sleeves and more sleeves.
Except for this rare recent #ootd.
Need to start doing arm exercises to get rid of all the flabs. Planning to commit in to a weekly gym schedule since my office building has a gym, and its free for us to use. Maybe I'll be back next time complaining about how all my clothes are too loose for me to wear. Oh well... fat hope.
